Full-service STR management

We handle the listing, pricing, guest messages, cleanings, and maintenance coordination. You tell us when you still need the house.

Midwest snowbirds

In town for part of the year. Nebraska and Kansas City are the sweet spots.

Husker football, Creighton basketball, and the Chiefs come with you. If you spend part of the year in Scottsdale or Paradise Valley and the rest back in Nebraska or Kansas City, the house doesn't have to sit dark, and it doesn't have to be managed from another time zone.

Snowbirdian Hospitality looks after short-term rentals in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and nearby Phoenix. The owners we work with are country club members who play racquet sports and golf and travel often, and Midwest snowbirds who are in town for part of the year. Nebraska and Kansas City are the sweet spots.

The company exists so those homes can be looked after locally, not by a call center. We are just getting started, and we would rather be straightforward than overpromise.
