Co-hosting is for owners who already list, or who want the listing to stay in their own name. On Airbnb and Vrbo, that usually means your reviews stay with your listing, your calendar stays visible to you, and a co-host is added to help with the day-to-day work.

Snowbirdian Hospitality offers co-hosting in Scottsdale and nearby Phoenix for stays of 31 nights or fewer. We join the listing as a co-host and take only the jobs you choose. You still block the dates you need the house for family, tournaments, or your own snowbird season.

What you can hand off

Common co-hosting help includes guest messaging, pricing updates as the season changes, cleaning coordination between stays, and a monthly owner statement. Listing setup and professional photos, supplies, inspections, and local on-site response can be added when you want them. The compare table on our Services & Plans page shows which jobs stay with you and which we can take.

Full-service is different. There we run more of the rental from listing through checkout. Co-hosting is the lighter option when you want to stay involved, keep your brand on the listing, or test local help without changing everything at once.

Who co-hosting fits

Owners who already have strong reviews often want to protect that history. Club members who travel for tennis or golf may only need messages and turnovers covered while they are out of town. Snowbirds who manage the house from Nebraska or Kansas City for part of the year may want a Scottsdale co-host for the weeks they are away.

We will not promise a review score or a booking pace. The right scope depends on your home and how you already host. After a free walkthrough, we quote the co-hosting work that matches what you asked us to take on.

How to start

Tell us how your listing works today, which platforms you use, and which tasks feel heavy. If co-hosting is not enough, we can talk through full-service or all-inclusive instead. If you are not renting yet, look at Home Watch.

Request a co-hosting quote when you are ready. We will follow up to schedule the walkthrough and send the plan in writing before anything goes live on your listing.

Co-hosting versus handing everything over

Some owners start with co-hosting because they already answer guest questions well and only need help on turnover weeks. Others keep the listing in their name for brand reasons, then ask us to take messages after a certain hour. The plan stays flexible on purpose. If the work grows, we can revisit full-service later without pretending co-hosting was a temporary discount.
