Snowbirdian Hospitality looks after stays of 31 nights or fewer in Scottsdale and nearby Phoenix. We are not a call center in another city. You talk with us about your house, how you still use it, and which parts of hosting you want handled.
What management usually covers
On a full-service plan, we handle the listing setup, pricing updates as the season changes, guest messages from the first question through checkout, cleaning coordination between stays, and maintenance coordination with local help. You tell us when you still need the house, and those dates stay blocked.
If you already list on Airbnb or Vrbo and want to keep the listing and reviews in your name, co-hosting may fit better. We join as a co-host and take only the jobs you choose. Either way, pricing is quoted for your home after a free walkthrough, not pulled from a generic chart.
Who this is for
Many of the owners we talk with are country club members who leave town for matches, tee times, or flights. Others are Midwest snowbirds who spend part of the year in Scottsdale and the rest back home. The house does not have to sit dark, and it does not have to be managed from another time zone.
We do not invent income projections or promise review scores. The fit depends on your home, how often you are in town, and how hands-on you want to stay. If you are not renting yet, Home Watch is a separate option for empty-house care.
Getting started
Start with a short call, then a walkthrough of the property. From there we send a written quote for the plan that fits, whether that is co-hosting, full-service, all-inclusive, or a partnership conversation. When you are ready, request a quote on the Services & Plans page. There is no pitch deck, and you can leave later plans with the notice period written into your agreement.
