Profit Share
No management fee. We take an agreed share of net profit after expenses, so slow months cost you nothing extra.

Buying a property? You invest, we operate, and we own it together through an LLC built for the deal.

Pricing questions
Every home is different in size, amenities and upkeep. We'd rather walk through your home and give you an honest quote than post a number that doesn't fit.
Co-Hosting and Full-Service are based on nightly rent, not cleaning fees or taxes. All-Inclusive is based on total bookings because concierge and add-ons are included. Partnerships are based on net profit or equity.
Guests pay the cleaning fee on each booking. Supplies and repairs are passed through at cost, with receipts, and we check with you before any repair over an amount we agree on together.
No. You can leave with 60 days' notice.
Not right now. We host stays of 31 nights or fewer.
