Snowbirdian Hospitality offers Home Watch as a separate option from co-hosting and full-service rental care. There are no guest stays on this plan. The work is about the house itself: scheduled walk-throughs, photo reports, and a local contact when something comes up while you are away.
What Home Watch includes
On a typical Home Watch arrangement we visit on a schedule you agree to, look for the obvious problems that show up in empty homes, and send you a short photo report. If a vendor needs to be let in, or a small issue needs a decision, you hear from us instead of discovering it on your next trip into town.
Home Watch is not a rental product and it is not a substitute for insurance. It is local eyes on the property for owners who are not listing right now. If you later decide to host stays of 31 nights or fewer, we can talk about co-hosting or full-service without pretending those are the same job.
Who asks for it
Midwest snowbirds who leave for the summer often want the house checked while it sits. Country club members who travel for long stretches may want the same thing between trips, even when they are not ready to invite guests. Some owners use Home Watch first, then decide later whether short-term rental care is a fit.

What a visit usually looks like
A Home Watch visit is practical. We walk the spaces you care about, note anything that looks off, and send photos so you are not guessing from a short text. If a vendor appointment is already on the calendar, we can coordinate access when that is part of the plan you chose. The goal is calm updates, not a long report you will not read.
